March Program

Tuesday, March 19th 6:30pm
Fairview Heights Library
10017 Bunkum Road
Fairview Heights, IL 62208

Guest speaker: Michele Johnson
Director of The Center for Dyslexia

Dyslexia is a learning disability that affects 1 out of 5 children. It is estimated that it affects more than 2 million children in the United States. Since 2002 the Southern Illinois Center has been providing tutoring to children, by highly educated tutors, free of charge.

Dyslexia doesn’t have to keep a child from being successful. Jennifer Aniston, Steven Spielberg, Whoopi Goldberg, and Henry Winkler are just a few examples.
